Ezi Vac Vacuum Break Valves
are designed for several applications including slurry and water. The specialised large port design prevents clogging. Further the HI-WEAR seat and float design offers a large seating area.
Ezi Vac Vacuum Break Valves are well known for their Anti-Surge Float option. As a result the valve can limit discharge rates to 3.5kPa differential. The addition of a secondary orifice to vent accumulated air while under pressure is available on request. This secondary orifice is suited only to water applications.
Our Ezi Vac Break Valves are most commonly used with slurry pipe lines, for mine dewatering, sewage, high pressure pipe lines, and are know to work well with pipelines with scale.
Ezi Vac Vacuum Break Valve Construction
The simple construction of Ezi Vac Vacuum Break Valves means onsite maintenance is easy. Primary and secondary – if necessary – floats are manufactured from non-corrosive HDPE – high-density polyethylene, also known as alkathene or polythene. Further, we can also manufacture the primary float in either HDPE or urethane Urethane with SG in order to suit your specific application.
Ezi Vac Break Valves are available in carbon steel, with stainless steel or Duplex stainless steel options. Our valves can withstand a work pressure of 20, 50 and 100 bar. Further we give you the option of coating your Ezi Vac Vacuum Break Valves in Fusion Bonded Epoxy Resin or, for high corrosion applications, a two-part epoxy solution.
All Ezi Vav Vacuum Break Valves have further options including internal rubber, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomers) or urethane lining on request, and an optional drain/flush point in body. Further, a HI-WEAR primary seal allows drip tight sealing for your valves under all conditions. Ezi Vac Valves come in full bore design as standard but can be produced as reduced bore on request.
